Socratic questioning is disciplined deep questioning that can be used to get to the truth of things, to open up issues and problems, to uncover assumptions, to distinguish what we know from what we do not know and to control the discussion through encouraging the customer to talk more. When the customer is talking, problems can be solved.

We help clients identify and develop business opportunities by using relevant, standardized tools, language and processes which integrate adult based learning principles in contemporary customer facing scenarios.

Sales Leadership

Leaders do not have to be great sellers but they need to know how to lead great and not so great sellers. Leadership is seldom measured by how one leads but rather if one is followed. People will follow if they believe they are not alone, that the route is passable and someone will meet them at the end.

Leadership development and coaching can bring new levels of sustained performance otherwise not attained. Coaching is similar to therapy. Both activities are analogical. The coach will never tell the participant what to do, rather will help the participant figure out what should be done , why it needs to be done and how to do it.
